专利说明:

The invention relates to a loosening and distributing device for straw walkers of combine harvesters, which is placed transversely with respect to the direction of supply of the harvesting material over the co; i-mots and consists of several rotary teeth rotating around the horizontal axis.
Devices for loosening and distributing the cleaning material on top of the straw walkers are already known in various designs and arrangements.
For example, in the design according to DE - OS 21 03 981 cl. And on 01/12/30, 1974, a pick-up drum is placed in the zone above the straw walkers, which takes the straw, feeds it through the drum and then passes it back to the straw walker or the next pick-up drum. As a consequence, the path that passes to the straw straw walkers is increased by the length of the circumference of the pick-up drum. Since the straw layer moves additionally up and down only in the vertical direction and loosens, but transverse feeding and distribution does not occur, the advantage achieved with this device is not entirely effective.
In the famous DE-OS 20 O 386 cl. A 01 F 12/30, 1973 tools for loosening and distributing the cleaning material coming out of the threshing unit with rotating on the drive shaft transversely to the direction of the feed of the spreading teeth, these teeth are placed on the swiveling tongs, which are mounted in a freely rotating position on rigidly connected to the leading room of the inclined sleeves and, but compared with the drive shaft, driven at different speeds. Thus, the harvesting material with the side reciprocating movements of the distribution links is supplied more intensively, since the movement of the distribution links occurs more often per unit of time than their rotational movement.
From DE-AS 19 04406CL. A 01 F 12/30, 1971. A distribution device is known in which the rearranged distribution teeth are arranged to be operated around the passage transversely with respect to the feed direction of the straw walkers of an axis or shaft. The distribution teeth, to a lesser extent, are partly placed in the rotary drum mounted in the straw walker body and rearranged with the axle provided in the drum transverse to the direction of feed of the cleaning material through the eccentric drive. As a result, the distributor teeth can transport the harvesting material further in the direction of flow and at the same time distribute and loosen it.

Both of the latter loosening devices have the disadvantage of low working ability on slopes during the operation of combines, since they, although reciprocating the harvesting material across the feed direction, do not ensure uniform distribution of the harvesting material along the straw walker during operation on the slopes.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensification of the technological process of work.
of the invention is, by means of a good design of a loosening-distribution device and adjustment methods, to extend the scope of application of a combine harvester and to facilitate its adaptability to various harvest conditions.
According to the invention, this is achieved by rotating on the entire width of the wrench 1, over the straw walker blasted by the distributor device, through the cross bars, several tooth rakes are sequentially arranged, each of which is movably mounted on the tongue perpendicular to the plane of the cross bar and is continuously adjustable parallel to each other. The setting of the angle of the traverse relative to the plane of the feed of the straw walkers is regulated through a two-rod or cam mechanism. The lIoBOpoTHoe movement of the serrated rake is set using axially movable adjustable shafts that are accessible from the outside of the straw walker body. Each earthing rake is fitted with connecting pads fixed on adjustable shafts, in the recess of which pins are located eccentrically placed on the bolts. The supporting unit of the adjustable shafts forms at the same time the turning point of the cross members. At the ends of the adjustable shafts, the running wheels are placed, which are in the supporting connection with the displacement axially in the axial direction and counter-resistant in the rotation of the starting disks. The starter discs are connected to nozzles that, through trapezoidal gearing, are in contact with axially secured mating parts. The mating parts, located opposite the torsion-proof nozzles, are capable of being twisted using a lever. According to the invention, with the help of the regulating mechanism of the tooth-like rakes, they can be paralello; fu | the other, steplessly rotate in both directions to an angle of 45 relative to the middle position, in which they are on the same line perpendicular to the feed direction with the ground light. 3 combined with the corresponding, it is 11 counter. the ideas of traversing these three possible basic concepts of the dentate rake are created
Six obvious combinations that allow universal device operation. The first option is the middle position of all tooth rakes. This position has a loosening effect in the direction of flow of the cleaning material and supports the transport of the cleaning material. The second and third combinations are determined from the middle position of the tine rakes of the same crosshead, while the opposite dental rakes can rotate in the desired direction. This method of installation has a loosening effect and, at the same time, performs one-sided transverse feeding. The fourth combination consists of oppositely directed rotations of the toothed rake on opposite cross-pieces, so that, as a result of the cross-oscillating movement of the harvesting material, an increased loosening of the harvesting material occurs. The first and sixth poles of the combination consist in an asymmetrical installation of the opposing tooth rakes in the respective desired direction, as a result of which loosening and transverse feeding of the harvested material takes place, as in the second and third combinations, with double transverse feeding performance relative to the last two combinations.
The invention is explained in more detail in the following examples.
FIG. Figure 1 shows the location of the opening and distributing device above the straw walker in a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 — front view of loosening-distribution device; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 is a view of the base of a loosening-dispensing device with a regulating mechanism for a tooth rake; in fig. 5 is a kinematic diagram of a further embodiment for adjusting the position of the traverse.
Between the straw walker 1 (unrepresented combine harvester) and the upper part 2 of the straw walker body 3 transversely to the feed direction of the harvesting material on the side walls 6 of the straw walker body 3, there are two rotary pulleys 4 and 5. On the circumference of the pulverizer-distributor devices 4 and 5 on the two pivotal traverses 7 several tooth rakes 8 are successively placed. The rakes 8 of the teeth are movably mounted on the bolt 9, which is located in the pipe 10, on the traverse 7. The connection is carried out It is mounted with the help of the adjusting pin 11. To reduce the friction that occurs between the tooth rake 8 and the cross-bar 7, a plastic washer 12 is provided. For the same purpose, the branch pipe 10 is also provided with a plastic insert. The required inclined position of the tine rake 8, each of which consists of four separate teeth 13, relative to the feed plane of the straw walker 1, is carried out by means of a hinge four-piece designed as a two-junction mechanism. At the same time, one side wall 14 of the loosening-distributing device 4, 5 and mounted on the eccentric element 5 of the longitudinally-controlling rod 16 forms both cranks, which makes traversal 7 as the connecting element between the two side walls 14 adopts the respective angular position of the clawed rake 8. The position of the engagement angle and the exit angle of the dentate rake is carried out by rotating the eccentric one rigidly connected to the fixed axis 17
5 element 15 around the center of the axis.
Another possible design for adjusting the position of the cam-driven cross member 7 is shown in FIG. 5. In this case, the wheel 18 copies external
The Q contour of the cam 19 and, thus, sets the length of the telescopic tube 20, which, in turn, adjusts the angle of inclination. Constant contact between the wheel 18 and the cam 19 is provided by a tension spring 21. Since the cam 19, like the eccentric element 15, is rigidly connected to the axis 17, the adjustment may be influenced externally during the rotational movement of the loosening and distributing device.
6 The installation of the required rotational position of the serrated rake 8 on the cross-arms 7 is carried out by moving the adjustable shafts 22 in the axial direction. For this, each tooth rake 8 corresponds to connecting plates 23, which are fixed on adjustable shafts 22 by means of locking discs 24. Pins 26 eccentrically fixed on bolts 9 are held in an oval recess 25 in connecting plates 23.
Q With the help of pins 26, the longitudinal movement of the adjustable shaft 22 is converted into an oscillatory movement of the serrated rake 8. Accordingly, the selected position of the serrated rake 8 is also provided under load with the mutual action of the shifting force of the adjustable shaft 22 placed on the ends of the adjustable shaft 22 of the compression spring 27. The compression spring 27 rests, on the one hand, on the supporting metal sheet 28 connected to the crossmember 7 and, on the other hand, previously tightened with the help of a washer 29 and a cotter pin 30. Consisting of the supporting pipes 31 with a plastic liner 32 bearing adjustable shafts 22 in traverse 7 and the side wall 14 forms
5 at the same time the pivot point of the crosspiece 7. The axial movement of the adjustable shafts 22 occurs through the starting disks 33, 34, which are connected to axially movable nozzles 35, 36. Contact

between the adjustable shafts 22 and the starting disks 33, 34 are presented in the form of the running wheels 38 mounted on the ends of the shaft 37. The axial movement of the starting disks 33, 34 is carried out through the transverse torsional gearing of the axially secured adjacent parts 39, 40 relative to nozzles 35, 36. Permutation is accomplished by knocking the lever 41 directly manually or with the help of Bowden cables or lever mechanisms from the driver’s seat, depending on the needs. The axial fixation of the loosening device 4, 5 is carried out by two-sided mounting brackets 42, in which are fixedly clamped
divided axes 17, 43. The device is driven by a V-belt 44. Inside the insert 45 there are ball bearings for supporting the device on axes 17, 43. Since there are two axes 17, 43 separated from each other, the necessary stability is achieved by two separably connected with both side walls 14 with U-shaped profiles 46. Given the special cleaning conditions, it is possible to screw the metal plates on the individual tooth rakes 8, as a result of which closed blades are formed. On the wall, rearranged flaps 47, 48 can also be fixed, supplementing the loosening switchgear 4, 5.
